Content of research:

The manufacturing of this UAV is the use of a composite mold (epoxy) to build the whole UAV. To produce the mold, the UAV designed in Catia software must first be coded by software such as PowerMill Modeling. Using the CNC machine cut, the desired shape of the mold is constructed into the intended raw material. 


Innovation & Potential Application:

  • Conducting a parametric study that can relate changes in aerodynamic and geometric parameters to the performance of the UAV.

  • The designed UAV has a very low cost and light weight.

  • The designed UAV can be made easily using CNC machine.


Anticipated Achievements:

This prototype will open new opportunities in a high potential and high market topic.
